There is a need for creating more opportunities for livelihood for the SC & ST communities, small farmers, landless laborers and PWDs. The organization has identified the following activities which it wishes to undertake in the near future:

1. Watershed development and promotion of agriculture & organic farming
2. Eliminating all forms of child labor and ensuring quality of education
3. SHG formation and Strengthening
4. Awareness generation about NREGA and building accesses and linkages
5. Community rehabilitation of PWDs
6. Building skills of rural BPL youth for employment
7. Promotion of farmers Producer companies
8. Micro finance
9. Housing for the rural poor
10. Establishment of community radio station
